Jos
this man, a native of Lianna, was a slave to Captain Ugmush, and worked as an engineer on the Zicreex. At one time, Jos was the engineer on the G'mi Moa, until that ship was captured by Gunda Mabin. Mabin sold all the survivors, including Jos, into slavery.Ugmush recognized Jos' skills as an engineer, and purchased his rights. Note that Planet of Twilight seems to indicate that Jos was one of Captain Ugmush's husbands.
