this Imperial Moff controlled Tandor Sector during the Galactic Civil War. He kept a pet with him at all times, an interested creature that both amazed and frightened his acquaintences. Unknown to Jarnek - who believed that anything that wasn't human was surely not intelligent - the "pet" was actually the Covallon agent Daelar vuv Tertarrnek. Jarnek himself graduated from the Imperial Naval College, and was known as a coldly efficient leader.
