this Imperial Navy officer was part of the crew of the Valorous during the Galactic Civil War. When the Yevetha took control of the Black Sword Command's shipyards in the Koornacht Cluster, Jaratt was imprisoned on Pa'aal. He became the leader of a cell of prisoners working with Sil Sorannan to free themselves from Yevethan control.
