Jandarra
this green and purple tubular vegetable is grown on the planet Jubilar. It grows in the deserts there, usually only after one of the infrequent rain storms. A delicacy favored by the wealthy throughout the galaxy, jandarra plants take almost two years to cultivate, due to the rarity of rain on the Jubilar desert. The natives of Jubilar were forced to smuggle the vegetable off their planet to nearby Shalam for processing, because nearby Shalamites placed a 100% tariff on it in order to help fill their own coffers.
