Jammer Pack
any form of technology used to prevent unwanted listeners from overhearing a conversation. The original technology was less than successful, and would have been scrapped if the devices hadn't been discovered by various intelligence agencies. It was found that a high-powered jammer pack could drown out all communications in a specific area. This allowed operatives to enter a location while their targets were unable to communicate with each other.
