IX-2A
this BDG-7 assassin droid was originally part of the team of assassins maintained by Boss Tosk, until his programming was scrambled in an accident while on a hunt. IX-2A made its way to a repair facility, offered to pay for any repairs from Boss Tosk's bank account, then killed the technician when he tried to access the droid's programming. IX-2A had no memory of his service to Boss Tosk after being repaired, and went to work as an independent assassin. IX-2A's altered programming gave the droid a mean streak, and earned it a fearful reputation. Boss Tosk, meanwhile, discovered that IX-2A had gone rogue, and set his own assassins out to recover the droid. IX-2A managed to elude capture.
