It was part of Seland' Ir's plans that the entire strike team surrender after successfully recovering Locrin, thereby avoiding bloodshed. Most of the slavers were set free because the studio she worked for paid off the ransom before charges could be brought up. He was eventually caught by New Republic Sector Rangers, and forced to confess the plans.
