this elite group of veterans of service to the Iotran Police Force tracks down off-world criminals throughout the galaxy. They didn't care about or observe Imperial jurisdiction during the New Order, and have achieved a 95% capture rate during their history. The IBC also doesn't care about political or governmental regulations, especially when the capture is imminent. This has earned them a great deal of resentment from various planetary governments.
