this friend of Airen Cracken once posed as an off-world investor and infiltrated BlasTech's weapons research department. The rest of his group sliced into the security system and cut the facility's power. In the ensuing confusion, Rangoon managed to break into the main computer system and download the datafile 8A70b before being reassured that the emergency had been taken care of.
