Imperial Board of Culture
this body of the Empire was responsible for reviewing and censoring music and art during the New Order. The IBC had three levels of tolerance. Pro-Imperial works were allowed to be viewed by the public. "Scarlet" works were those that did not meet the IBC's pro-Imperial standards, but were not derogatory to the New Order. Those works that openly disregarded the New Order were simply banned.
