Legend

this was the capital city of the planet New Cov, and was one of the planet's eight walled cities. The inhabitants of Ilic, and the planet as well, considered themselves part of the New Republic, but they also respected the Imperial presence and routinely paid tribute to the Empire. Like many of New Cov's cities, Ilic was divided into specific levels, making navigation easier.
