II-xC
this is the designation of Merthyog Communications' Maintenance/Broadcast ship. These ships were purchased by the Empire for deployment as independent broadcase centers which can move in and out of a system quickly, after relaying messages to a subspace relay station. The II-xC measures 30 meters in length, and normally has a command crew of 4 with 10 communications technicians. They are unarmed, and normal Imperial doctrine required them to hide within the defenses of the subspace relay station if attacked.
