this Codru-Ji doctor assisted Chewbacca following the kidnap attempt on the Solo children, several years after the Battle of Endor. She was assisted by her youngest child, who was still in its wyrwulf form. Doctor Hyos had a great hunger for knowledge, and made it a point to fully study and learn the physiology of any and all races she came into contact with. This was how she came to understand the medical needs of Wookiees.
