Algark Stalk
this carnivorous fungus is native to the planet Gamorr, and resembles a 3-meter-tall umbrella. They grow in colonies in the forests, and when they mature, the cap of the stalk releases thousands of spores into the wind. The spores can also be released when an animal bumps into the stalk, and the animal can accidentally breathe in the spores. If this happens, the creature becomes an unwitting host for a new colony of stalks.
