this tapcaf, located on Coruscant, was where Nawara Ven was directed to meet Hes Glillto. This occurred during the trial of Tycho Celchu, and Ven was hoping that Hes Glillto was really Lai Nootka. Instead, it turned out to be Kirtan Loor, who had agreed to expose every Imperial agent on Coruscant, including the real traitor within Rogue Squadron, in return for a certain level of freedom.
