this Imperial scientist and researcher worked in the Imperial Medi-Center's Encephalo-Research Division. Moff Bandor promised him the ability to test his "wave machine" on live sentients, and Hurlothrumb agreed to work for him. The resulting device was known as the Hurlothrumbic Generator, and was put to use by Bandor on Questal.
