Algara II
the primary planet in the Algaran System, Algara was a world aligned with the New Republic but run with the style of an Imperial world. The government required permits, applications, and depositions for nearly everything, and every piece of paperwork carried a fee. The populace, made up of the native Xan and a number of humans, fought against the government, which supported the New Republic, wanting to institute the basic tenets of the New Order without the bureaucracy. The normal day on Algara II lasted 24 standard hours; the year lasted 360 local days. Algara II had four moons. Note that this planet is also referred to as Algarra II.
