an short, four-legged, elephantine alien race with a long snout and large eyes. Their long snouts are as long as their short bodies. Despite their lowly appearance, Hoovers are highly technical, and their small size allows them to perform delicate tasks with complex equipment. A member of this species was known to inhabit Jabba's court. Their origins are not known.
