this smuggler, based out of Dentaal, had a friend who used to reprogram robo-hacks to kidnap the local gentry. With a little creative programming, the robo-hack would simply deliver its passengers to his hideout instead of their home, and the man would hold them hostage for a tidy ransom. The plan failed when the local authorities simply reprogrammed the robo-hack to take him to the local jail.
