this large, open plain was the site where the Balinaka would create wondrous ice sculptures for the Wallarand Festival. Located on Garnib, the heswe-karr was surrounded by buildings formed from the glaciers themselves, where the Balinaka and visitors to Garnib stayed to watch the competitions.
