this race created unique death masks. The masks were used primarily by the elderly for two reasons. First, the mask hid the signs aging. Second, the mask conformed itself to the wearer's face and collected personal information via a strange mental link. The mask could be removed after death, the wearer's memories and knowledge could be retrieved by future generations.
