Hailbrock, Jan
a supplier of exotic weapons, Hailbrock was known for his ability to obtain illegal weapons for the elite members of the Procopian society. Because of his cargoes, Hailbrock's employers often used their clout to encourage customs officials to look the other way when he was detained. Hailbrock was also a strong supporter of the Alliance, and did his best to supply local rebel cells with weapons and armor. However, he worked hard to make sure his ties to the Alliance were never discovered.
