Mowa Gundeeb
Mowa was one of the New Republic scouts who served under Korren Starchaser aboard the scout ship Jedi Dreamer. One of the rare Sullustans who lacked a sense of humor, Mowa was a former mercenary whose team was wiped out by a rival gang. Mowa survived only because an Alliance X-Wing patrol happened upon the scene of the battle and rescued him. The commander of the X-Wings was Captain Starchaser, and Mowa agreed immediately to join the Alliance's starfighter corps. When Starchaser left his command to become a scout for the New Republic, Mowa followed him and became Starchaser's second-in-command.
