this large man dreamed of being a starfighter pilot as a youth. However, his stocky build made him too large to fit in the cockpit, so he settled on becoming a law enforcement officer. He joined the Cloud City Wing Guard shortly before the Battle of Hoth, and was a supporter of the Alliance when Darth Vader garrisoned Cloud City.
