this Hutt presided over the Hutt Grand Council in the century leading up to the Battle of Yavin. He decided that clan Besadii should be punished for raising the price of raw spice in the aftermath of the Battle of Nar Shaddaa, and for not taking any losses at the battle. The punishment was one million credits, to be divided among those clans which did lose resources in the battle.
