this Imperial Vice Admiral had a large estate on the planet Brentaal during the Galactic Civil War. He was in command of the Victory-class ship Scourge, and patrolled Darpa Sector. He was considered a loyal member of the Imperial war machine, and was part of the force which tried to bring down Dhas Vedij and the Far Orbit.
