Great Shell Dome
this was the holding place of the Golden Sun, erected by Cardo and his followers who believed the Golden Sun was a sacred thing to be viewed only by the Priests of the Sun. The shell itself was formed from a huge number of interconnected seashells, varnished together so that the overall shell was nearly impervious. The Dome was destroyed when Pek, Fala, and a group of Alliance agents cornered Karak inside it. They were able to link their minds to the Golden Sun, and helped it explode itself, scattering pieces of itself well beyond the city of Fitsay and across the ocean.
