an Imperial Army Commander, serving over General Irrv on Culroon III. Grath executed Irrv for not seeing the Culroon charade of submission; the Culroon attacked and killed a great many Imperial troops before Lieutenant Veers disobeyed Irrv and routed the Culroon with AT-AT assault vehicles. Grath promoted Veers to Major on the spot.
