Grammel
an Imperial army Captain-Supervisor on Circarpous V, Grammel was known for his ruthless and sadistic behavior. He has pale skin, a growing paunch, and a droopy moustache. His voice has been described as similar to "a piece of machinery long overdue for lubcrication." When he alerted Essada about the existence of the Kaiburr crystal and the presence of Leia Organa on Circarpous V, Essada alerted Darth Vader, who arrived on the planet and ordered Grammel to take Luke and Leia prisoner. The attack failed miserably, and Grammel tried to make the right excuses to appease Vader. Vader had none of it, and bisected Grammel with his lightsaber.
