this planet, the homeworld of the Ploven race, was nearly destroyed during the reign of Emperor Palpatine. Imperial forces aboard the Star Destroyer Forger boiled the planet's water by repeatedly firing turbolasers into lakes and seas. The resulting steam boiled the Ploven alive.
