Govia, Rennt
this Bakuran senator was one of the few totally pro-Imperial senators at the time of the Battle of Endor. He strongly supported Wilek Nereus as the planetary Governor, and worked to undermine the efforts of Prime Minister Captisan. Rennt came from a prominent Bakuran family, and his great-grandparents were financial backers of the Bakur Corporation. He considered himself something of a Core Worlders, despite his Bakuran heritage, mainly because of his education on Corulag. After graduation, he molded himself into a model of the Human High Culture, but was considered self-centered and despicable by his peers.
