Gostech, Ulbrek
this Imperial Governor was placed in charge of the planet Gacerian, during the Galactic Civil War. A portly man with black hair and beady eyes, Gostech was popular among the Gacerites because he ackowledged and respected them. He offered the Gacerites a kind, fair version of the New Order, and won their trust. He was 100% loyal to Emperor Palpatine, although his methods were viewed with scorn and contempt by some of his Imperial contemporaries.
