The latest Yummy Star Wars submission from our friend Karen at Between the Pages blog takes a bit of a unique turn this week. Are you familiar with cake pops? If not, here's how Karen describes them:
"You know how a Charms Blow Pop is a lollipop on the outside and bubble gum on the inside and a Tootsie Pops is a lollipop on the outside and a Tootsie Roll on the inside. Cake Pops are similar, they?re candy coating on the outside and cake and frosting on the inside. Yummy!"
Sounds good to me! Now if only someone found a way to tie that in to Star Wars. Thankfully Karen's a Star Wars fan, so click here for a recipe on creating Boba Fett Cake Pops with lots of tasty images.
Thanks Karen!
UPDATE: TFN reader Tom wrote in to make sure we were aware that his sister Melanie has also created some Star Wars-themed Cake Pops that you can check out right here.
Thanks Tom!
UPDATE #2: Karen, from the original post up top, has now posted her Clone Trooper Cake Pops recipe if you'd like to create your own. Click here to get started! Oh, and check out this R2 Cake Pop as well!
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
