New Zealand's Stuff website has posted an interview with Daniel Logan that appeared in the The Evening Post. Here's an excerpt:
Daniel, who has made his name in New Zealand in TV advertisements and Shortland Street, said this week that he was looking forward to seeing the film for the first time at the New Zealand premiere in Auckland on May 15. "It's quite massive ... it makes you special 'cos not many kids get to act on Star Wars.
"My mum was saying that when she was a little kid she used to save up all the money and go watch (Star Wars movies) never knowing her child would be in a movie like this."
Daniel said he enjoyed working with director George Lucas. "Sometimes you wouldn't do your best take and you would say 'Can I just do one more?' and he was, like, 'Oh no Daniel, I'm happy with that' but I would be, like, saying 'Please' and he would say 'OK if you want'."
