Digital AOTC at UCI Filmworks in Britain Posted By Britany on May 8, 2002
Matt updates us on the Digital situation in the UK:
On Saturday (May the Fourth be with us!) the tickets for the UCI filmworks in Manchester digital screenings of AOTC became available - I got one for each of the showings at 18:20 and 21:30 - gotta see it twice on opening day! Surprisingly, tickets are 50% more expensive than the normal tickets (?7.50 each not the usual ?5 for opening night) but then twice the price is cheap enough for DLP projection - the DLP screen here is awesome.
No news yet as to whether AOTC will be shown at UCI's other digital venue at the Trafford Centre.
Update: There will be no digital screenings at the UCI Trafford Centre as they sold their digital projector to UCI Filmworks. Thanks to Miguel & Doverfett for the alerts.
