Clone Campaigns Package

Posted By Joel on May 15, 2002

If LucasArts keeps up the pace of shipping a game a day, I'm going to go crazy (read: you guys are doing great)!. In the next few days you should expect to see Clone Campaigns, the expansion pack for Galactic Battlegrounds, on shelves. Places of purchase would include LucasArts, EBGames.com, Amazon.com, or any of your local video game stores. What you may or may not know is what is inside the packaging. Beware of potential spoilers, as this title is completely Episode 2 material:

  • Front- The new industry-standard box format is great. Keep it up!
  • Back- As noted, the population limit was bumped to 250, which allows you to have whole legions of Clonetroopers at your command.
  • Outside pages- Overview of the Republic and Confederacy.
  • First page- Spoilers! Zoom in on Republic page and troops.
  • Second page- Spoilers! Zoom in on Confederacy page and troops.
  • Disc and manual- After reading the 2nd label, I realized that this game is based on Age of Kings engine.
  • Unit chart- Spoilers! Zoom in on the overview chart of troops and technology advancements.
  • More unit chart- Spoilers! Jedi/Sith related advancements.

Here's another title I can't wait to play all the way through after seeing Attack of the Clones in 26 hours!
