I was doing my daily browse of LucasArts, searching for links for my answers to your e-mails, and I saw that the site for Bounty Hunter was just uploaded. You can find new screenshots, concept art, models, game info, news, and much more. I'm really digging the first screenshot and first concept art. Actually all of the concept art is really impressive.
