Darth Kilus notes similarities between the end sequences in AOTC and ESB (spoilers below):

The last shot before the credits pop on the screen is Anakin, Padme, C-3PO and R2-D2 are standing on the balcony on Naboo after the wedding. Anakin is sporting an artificial right arm. They turn to face the lake and the music swells.......then the credits start.

Comparison: Luke, Leia, C-3PO and R2-D2 are standing in the medical frigate at the end of Empire Strikes Back. Luke is sporting an artificial right hand. They turn to face space and star system and the music swells.........then the credits start.

Both groups are standing in generally the same configuration. Even the ending notes before the finally begins playing are basically the same. This goes hand in hand with George Lucas' repeating themes in every movie.
