The 'Office of Film and Literature Classification' in Australia gave 'Attack of the Clones' a PG rating on Wednesday (May 8th). It has been classified as PG (MEDIUM LEVEL VIOLENCE, ADULT THEMES). 'The Phantom Menace' was classified as PG (LOW LEVEL VIOLENCE) almost 3 years ago. To check out the Australian classification, click here. Thanks to Juzbuffa for the alert.
And AOTC has been given an MG6 rating in the Netherlands, which DaNnAi informs us means 'parental guidance for people under 6 years'. The other four Star Wars films gained a 12 rating, so younger the Dutch fans will be pleased. Click here to see the classification (search for Star Wars). It's interesting to note that an 11 year old British fan isn't allowed to see AOTC uncut, but a 7 year Dutch fan can. Thanks to DaNnAi for the alert.
