An interesting tidbit reached us through the grapevine moments ago:
As the only actor to appear in all six Star Wars movies and for his efforts in Episode II, George Lucas and Rick McCullum have given Anthony Daniels the gift of a private screening of Attack of the Clones especially for his friends, a day before the charity premiere in London.
Daniels said, "I've already seen it twice but twice more this week is no problem at all. It is a tremendously exciting and moving film and I'm proud to be even a small part of it. And I'll be just as proud to host the first public screening just after midnight on the 16th. I can't wait to see what that audience is going to look like. I wear weird stuff in the film but that night, I think it's the turn of the fans!"
Also on the 16th Daniels will be introducing three more public screenings of the film, as well as the charity screening at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in London. "I understand BMW are one of the sponsors, which is lucky since I have to whiz back and forth between the two theatres," laughed Daniels. "I don't get to keep the car but I do get to see the movie again."
Hmmm. Between keeping the BMW, and seeing the movie again, what would any good fan choose?
