(1/4/04) - Happy New Year to one and all! Jeff would like to welcome everyone back for the beginning of a year that is sure to bring great things. To start you off, we have a major update! Check out the Concept Design gallery for new pieces in the Characters, Creatures, Environments, and Technology sections. Also head on over to the Illustration gallery for new pieces from The Demonskar Legacy article in Dungeon 104 and Racing the Snake in Dungeon 105. Take care and enjoy 2004!

(9/8/03) - First off, many thanks to everyone that stopped by to see Jeff, Lisa, and I at GenCon. We all had a great time. Many friendships were strengthened and many new ones formed.

Secondly, we have some new artwork for you today from the Zenith Trajectory article in Dungeon 102 and The Iron Lords of Jupiter in Polyhedron 160. Due to the different nature of the publications, we decided to split the current gallery into two separate sections.

Speaking of new galleries, we will soon be unveiling a completely new section, called the Sketchbook. This gallery will highlight some of Jeff's personal work. Keep your eyes open!

(7/24/03) - As you're sure to have noticed on your way in, Jeff Carlisle and Lisa Hogsett became husband and wife on Saturday, June 28, 2003. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Carlisle. And now to the other news.

Jeff would like to thank all of you that stopped by to see him at ComicCon recently (as seen here). If you weren't able to catch Jeff in San Diego, don't worry, you'll be able to see him in Indianapolis starting tomorrow. Jeff will have his own table in the art show at the GenCon Game Fair from July 24-27. I should be at Jeff's table on Sunday, but then again, you guys aren't coming to see me, are you?

Aside from the big news, we have some new art for all you fans out there. Under the Concept Design gallery, we have new art in the Environments and Projects sections. Within the archives of the Illustration gallery, we have artwork from the pages of Dungeon Magazine. I would particularly like to highlight one the Guardian, one of Jeff's latest pieces.

Check back soon for more art-related goodness from the Bearded One.

(4/27/03) - Howdy folks! After a long break we've returned to bring you more great artwork from Jeff's studio. Hop on over to the Star Wars Gamer section to take a look at a gaggle of freighters from the now defunct-magazine's second issue. After that, move on the Concept Design gallery and check out concept art from Whacked!, the whimsical, cartoon-inspired X-Box game. And here's a word from the Bearded One himself:

Hi everybody - Jeff Carlisle here. In addition to the new pictures we are adding to the site with this update, I wanted to drop a quick note and let everyone know some of the big events that are happening this summer.

First up - Convention Sightings: I will be attending the San Diego ComiCon this summer (July 17-20) as well as having my own table in the art show at the GenCon Game Fair in Indianapolis (July 24-27). Some other dates may follow, but for now that's the tally. I hope to see you all there.

The other big news is that my longtime love Lisa and I are getting married this summer! We wanted to say "Hi" to everyone who has dropped us notes congratulating us on our engagement this past year and thank you all again for your support. It has meant the world to us. And thanks to everyone who stops by this site--please feel free to drop me an email and let me know what you think of the site and my art. As long as you like it, I'll keep making it.

Talk to you later,

Jeff

(1/25/03) - This weekend we bring you artwork from The Power of the Jedi Sourcebook and the new Fan Magazine gallery, which features artwork from the various fan publication for which Jeff has produced work.

(1/16/03) - More updates for the new year. This time we have pictures featured in Mecha Crusade from Polyhedron Magazine #154, Good Things Come in Small Packages from Dragon Magazine #291, and The New Jedi Sourcebook. Drop by soon for even more of Jeff's unique artwork.

(1/11/03) - The majority of the Concept Design gallery has been uploaded, with two more section yet to come online. You can find some new works sprinkled among the material that was already online. You can also find the bounty hunter ships from Star Wars Gamer #7 in the Illustration gallery.

(1/5/03) - The Gallery is undergoing some big changes. It is now divided into two sections, Concept Design and Illustration. Both of these galleries will be divided additionally based on different products and projects I have worked on. I also added the Yuuzhan Vong Rogues Gallery portraits from Star Wars Gamer #8. Expect more updates soon!

(8/4/02) - Added another few pics, and greatly expanded the Links page.

(7/24/00) - Added some new pics to the gallery, and did some Concept/Illustration reshuffling.

(7/23/02) - Hi.  After much discussion and funds-checking, I WILL be attending GenCon this year.  I won't have a table in the art show this year (they go pretty fast, and I was in the middle of moving when they were still available), but will have one next year when the convention moves to Indianapolis.  As you might know, this will be the last year the Con is held in Milwaukee, so there will be an emphasis to make this a Con to remember.  So, for those of you who will be attending the largest game convention in the world, keep an eye out for me--I'll see you there.  --Jeff

(7/17/02) - Added news page, r?sum? and e-mail links, and changed the gallery links so that the images open in a new window.
