Parks And Recreation Features A "Star Wars Filibuster" Posted By Eric on April 17, 2013 Comedian Patton Oswalt guest-stars on an episode of NBC's Parks and Recreation tomorrow night. He plays a citizen who filibusters a vote by the city council of Pawnee, Indiana, where the show is set. Today, Parks and Recreation's YouTube channel posted a hilarious unused take from the filming of the episode, where Oswalt was asked to improvise an eight-minute speech for his character's filibuster. The result is a hilarious speech about the crossover potential of Marvel and the galaxy far, far away for Star Wars Episode VII.
