Wizards.com December 2008 Updates

(Dec.3) - Wizards of the Coast have posted their first updates of the months on their Star Wars Roleplaying and Miniatures Game page. First there is a new Miniatures scenario by Sterling Hershey titled Permanent Demotion which takes place during the Knights of the Old Republic era.

Also, there is a new installement of Bounty Postings by Eric Cagle, #5 in a series. This one has a Scum and Villainy flavor, the latest supplement to the Star Wars RPG that details all aspects of the fringe of the Galaxy. This articles details a new character Meekah Hozard, Leader of the Blood Tachs with stats, backstory, how to use him in different eras, and even adventure seeds.

UPDATE (DEC.11) - Only two updates this week.

First, Wizards have posted a product page for the upcoming The Clone Wars Campaign Guide with a description of the contents.

Also, there is another Scum and Villainy tie-in in the form of the sixth Bounty Posting by Eric Cagle. This one spotlights Regera Girawn, Force Witch, a NPC that you can usein any era of your RPG campaign.

(Dec.16) This week, the first installment in a new series, and the 7th in a regular column are posted. The new series is titled "Creatures of KOTOR" and this first installment by Eric Cagle covers the Firaxa and Gizka, both from the first video game.

The other article is Bounty Postings 7: Eldewn and Elsae Sarvool, Twin Runaways, also by Eric Cagle. This one is not specific to the KOTOR-era but there are tips on how to use these NPC's in any major time period.

Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated.
