Satellite Goes Boom Like The Death Star

I figure that by now, everyone is aware of the U.S. satellite that was just shot down by the Navy to either protect the populace from dangerous gasses or to protect our technical secrets. Regardless, the resulting explosion looked rather familiar. Either the Navy really did hit their target, or they used some grainy footage from the original Star Wars.
