This is the hot new feature length fan film from the Paducah Imperials. This is a story of a rag tag band of rebel toy collectors fighting against the evil Galactic Empire.
In the film, a small band of fans are led by Fanboy, a Star Wars fanatic who has established a video blog that he and his trusted collecting partner Barbie record while on toy runs. These heros are pursued by the Empire and its most feared agent, Darth Vader.The empire is trying to take over toy collecting so they can control collectors and charge outrageous prices. Will Fanboy and his friends stop them?! Find out, in Star Wars Fanboy! This is the latest fan film from Pimp'd Out Productions and features appearances by a host of costumed characters from the Star Wars Universe, Batman an Robin, and the original Batcopter from the 1966 movie an tv show!
As well as special guest and 1st time fanfilm appearances by Peter Mayhew and Jeremy Bulloch, the actors that portrayed Chewbacca and Boba Fett in the original Star Wars movies! Don't miss your chance to be among the first to see this fan epic!
The charity screening will be on Saturday June 27th at the Maiden Alley Cinema in beautiful downtown Paducah, Ky. Doors open at 6:00 pm for a meet and greet mixer. Appetizers, drinks and adult beverages will be served and are included in the $10 admission with proceeds going to benefit the Lions Club Telethon. The movie starts at 7:30 and will be followed by a QnA session with the cast an crew. This is an offcial 501st event so come see the Paducah Imperials and members of the Mid-South Garrison troop this event, and feel free to don your favorite costumes as well!
