CBC Prince Edward Island reports:

Chance Roberts has no problem spending 16 hours outside Empire Theatres in Charlottetown, he believes it is his guarantee of a good seat for the midnight showing of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith.

The Bluefield High student arrived at the Charlottetown Mall at 8:30 Wednesday morning, set up his lawn chair and hauled out his Gameboy.

Four hours later he was still the only person in line for the first screening of the final chapter in George Lucas's legendary sci-fi franchise.

"I would have to say I'm surprised, considering down in the states there have been people lined up since April 1. You'd think there would be at least one more person sitting beside me here."

He already has tickets for the sold out midnight showing, but Roberts wants to have the best seat in the house.
