CV is quickly approaching and we at TFN have been hard at work preparing for our CV party. We have some updates and additional information now available:
Celebrity GuestsWe have two Star Wars celebs confirmed for the party:

We are working to secure some more Star Wars Celebs for the event. We have some "maybe" answers from a few. Closer to 8/14 we hope to have turned those maybe's into yes's. Check back on the main page for future updates. As soon as we get confirmations we will report them!
Note: Many of the celebrity guests at CV are under contract in regards to autographs. Please be respectful of this if a guest declined to sign or take extensive pictures at the party. Feel free to approach them and chat. We just want our celeb guests to be able to relax and enjoy the party as much as our non-celeb guests.
Also, we are excited to announce that
caricature artist Darryl Woods will be drawing at our event! All party attendants will be entered in a free raffle to win a customized drawing created while they wait. We are offering this service as a raffle to cut down on lines at the event and to give all attendants an equal opportunity to take home a beautiful customized piece. More details on this and samples of Mr. Wood's work will be available at the party.
Ticket SalesTicket sales are moving steadily along. The pre-registration deadline of August 1st is quickly approaching. After August 6th ticket prices increase to $35 for adults, $30 for kids and will only be available at the door. Remember there are two pre-ordering options available: PayPal and Snail-Mail. Paypal payments to party organizer Dajuan Kinney at JediDajuan@gmail.com along with the names of the attendants. Email Dajuan for her address to send Money Orders. Any questions should also be referred to her.
If you know you are attending but want to wait to purchase your ticket at the door, please drop Dajuan an email to indicate this. This is not mandatory, but by doing so you help give the organizers a more accurate headcount which will make ordering party food much easier.
We are also accepting donations to help fund celebrity guests and other events at the party. Raffle tickets and other prizes are available for donations. Please head

Pre-Check In at the FF/JC TableOn Thursday, August 12th, party pre-check in will be available at the FanForce/Jedi Council Forums table in Fan Hall. If you have pre-purchased a ticket to the event, bring your ticketing information to the FF/JC table and collect your party bracelet. This will allow you to avoid a line to get into the party. Just flash your bracelet at the door and walk right in. Check in will also be available at the door.
Note that each individual must personally collect his/her bracelet. One person cannot collect all of the bracelets for a group of people, sorry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen bracelets. If you lose it, you will have to purchase a second ticket into the event at the door.
Also, the FF/JC table will have the latest information on celebrity guests who are attending, so stop by the table periodically during the convention.
