"Cris Macht and his film crew will be leaving for Finse, Norway next week They will be staying at the hotel where the Empire Strikes Back Crew stayed as well as film interviews on location of where the Empire Strikes Back was filmed. This is something that has not been done in the star wars universe of film making since 1979. Aside from the footage of Finse in their film, there will also be footgae of Tunisia. The film includes rare interviews with Dan Madsen, former Star Wars Fan Club President, Dustin Roberts, the current Star Wars Fan Club President, members of the 501st, a Star Wars costume organization, and Dick Staub, author of Christian Wisdom of the Jedi Masters. Celebrating the 30th anniversary of Star Wars, the Film was intended for both the Star Wars fans and the general public. It is an informative documentary about who Star Wars fans truly are: wonderfully different from the stereotypical fan. It is a story about real people with passion, the ones that have “Built the Empire” and made the Saga become a legendary success: the fans.
