Rumors of Boba Fett's death seem to have been greatly exaggerated this week. Also, are you ready for the return of Darth Maul? It's a double dose of writer Tom Taylor this week in comics!
First up is Blood Ties–Boba Fett is Dead #4. The man behind the murder of Boba Fett has sent his army of mercenaries to kill Fett’s ex-wife and child, and Boba’s half-brother Connor Freeman. But what if Boba Fett isn’t quite as dead as everyone thinks? With beautiful painted art by Chris Scalf, this issue is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
But, if that weren't enough, you can read about the return of Darth Maul, and his team-up with his brother Savage Opress in Darth Maul–Death Sentence #1. Tom Taylor explores one of the coolest villains from the prequels in this new mini-series set after the events of Season 4 of The Clone Wars. The Jedi are searching for the two Sith and, after Maul and Opress cut a murderous swath through the Outer Rim, so is an army of mercenaries hired by a wealthy mine owner. Darth Maul has a price on his head, and for him there is only one way to deal with such a problem: go directly to the source! Run, don't walk to your nearest comic book shop to get a copy!
